We want you to love your HidrateSpark products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. Please ensure all tags are attached and the items are unworn to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print at home and attach to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
